These terms apply to www.mxops.io and to mxops Ingress, run by mxops, Dallas, Texas.
Using mxops Ingress
- Businesses use Ingress to request and send files. They're responsible for who they send links to and for the files they hold.
- Don't use it to send anything illegal, malware, or files you have no right to share, and don't try to get into workspaces or files that aren't yours.
- We can suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk.
Files and data
Files belong to whoever uploaded them and the business they were sent to. We process them only to store and deliver them, as described on the Ingress privacy page.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the service secure and available, but it's provided as is. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, mxops isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
